Merlot 2005
With a nose of chocolate mint, a full bodied merlot of vanilla, roast meats, menthol, cherries, roast coconut, with a slow brandy burn. Add coffee, lavender & a velvety, creamy finish. Match with a thick cut rump steak, spicy goat curry... or a decadent black cherry gâteau.

Merlot 2006
A vivacious cherry-black with hint of bramble, currant, & even juniper. A powerful, smokey, spicy, fruit-driven, surprisingly youthful 20 year old wine that enjoys an extended decant. Drink with your favourite food—a cheeseboard or a Thai curry, or any dish with chilli.
