This is Shiraz. But probably not as you know it. These are not the big, dark, jammy, peppery Shirazes that Australia is renowned for. Our Shiraz vines sit on top of a hill at 660 metres above sea level, their feet in the unique red volcanic and sandstone soil, and continental climate of the Warrumbungles. They are complex aromatic and textural expressions of whatever sits above and below their leaves.

We have always endeavoured to let nature shape the personality of the wines. And so, each vintage is completely distinct, reflecting the ebb and flow of each season. These Shirazes range from soft, smoky and savoury to bright, youthful and fruity.
